Refund and Returns Policy
Research materials cannot be returned to saleable inventory once dispatched.
All sales are final
No returns or change-of-mind refunds
Due to the sensitive nature of the materials and the need to protect product integrity, chain of identity, and chain of custody, returned goods cannot be accepted. Orders are not refundable because the purchaser changes their mind or no longer requires the material.
Receiving issues
Incorrect, damaged, or unverifiable shipments

Keep the package sealed
Do not separate an unlabeled primary vial from its secondary packaging or lot record. Quarantine material whose identity or integrity is uncertain.

Document the issue
Record the order number, warehouse, lot identifier, and the specific mismatch or visible damage. Take photographs before altering the package where appropriate.

Contact support promptly
Email support@varden-bioscience.com with only the information needed to investigate. Do not send payment secrets, identification documents, or medical information.
Applicable remedies
Mandatory rights remain unaffected
The no-return policy does not exclude a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Where an incorrectly supplied or demonstrably damaged shipment qualifies for a mandatory remedy, Varden will determine the appropriate resolution without returning affected research material to saleable inventory.
This policy concerns commercial returns and shipment issues. It does not provide medical, clinical, administration, or handling advice.
