Terms of Service
Terms governing access to the Varden research catalog and the purchase, documentation, and regional fulfilment of research materials.
Scope
Laboratory research materials only
Products are offered exclusively for legitimate laboratory research and analytical use. They are not intended for human or veterinary use and are not represented as medicines, foods, cosmetics, diagnostics, or household products.

Customer responsibility
By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that they are legally permitted to acquire, possess, import where applicable, and use the selected materials in the delivery jurisdiction. The purchaser is responsible for suitable facilities, trained personnel, risk assessment, storage, handling, recordkeeping, and disposal.

Regional eligibility
Orders may be placed only from the warehouse assigned to the delivery country. Products from different warehouses cannot be combined. Varden may reject or cancel an order where the delivery country, warehouse, product, or purchaser does not meet applicable operational or legal requirements.

Catalog information
Names, identifiers, molecular formulae, structures, sequences, images, and descriptions are catalog references. They do not replace batch-specific analytical documentation and must not be interpreted as medical, clinical, dosing, administration, diagnostic, or treatment guidance.

Unlabeled primary vials
Primary vials are supplied without labels. Product and lot identity must remain associated through the sealed secondary packaging, order record, and applicable batch documentation. Material whose association cannot be verified must be quarantined and reported to support.

Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after any required compliance review and confirmation by Varden. Availability may change before acceptance. Obvious pricing, description, or configuration errors may be corrected and the affected order cancelled or offered again on corrected terms.

Prices and payment
Catalog prices are displayed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping, taxes, duties, or other charges are shown or communicated where applicable. Payment is processed through the method selected at checkout; Varden does not request card credentials, passwords, seed phrases, or private keys by email.

Delivery and inspection
The purchaser must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and inspect the parcel, secondary packaging, lot association, quantity, and container integrity promptly after receipt. Damage, mismatch, or loss of identity must be documented and reported without undue delay.

Returns and refunds
All sales are final. Due to the sensitive nature of the materials and the need to preserve product integrity, chain of identity, and chain of custody, returned goods cannot be accepted and change-of-mind refunds are not offered. This does not exclude any right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, including an applicable remedy for an incorrectly supplied or demonstrably damaged shipment. The Refund and Returns Policy forms part of these terms.

Prohibited use
Products may not be purchased, resold, supplied, represented, or used for an unlawful purpose, for human or veterinary administration, or in a manner inconsistent with the catalog research-use designation. Varden may suspend service or cancel orders where misuse or material compliance risk is reasonably suspected.

Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Varden is not responsible for loss arising from unauthorized, unlawful, unsafe, off-label, or otherwise improper handling or use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Privacy and security
Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Customers must not send unnecessary medical information, identity documents, payment credentials, passwords, seed phrases, or private keys through support channels.

Changes and severability
These terms may be updated for operational, security, legal, or regulatory reasons. The version presented when an order is accepted applies to that order. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Operator details
Commercial identity
The legal operator identity, registered address, registration details, and applicable governing-law information will be published in the site’s legal notice before public ordering is activated.
